WELCOME TO DODECANISSA

The Dodecanese Islands are situated in the south east corner of the Aegean Sea, not far from the Turkish coast. These islands have a distinct character and architecture due to a string of successive rulers. Your holiday in this area can be whatever you want it to be. The islands offer ancient walking trails, awe inspiring archaeological sites, a large number of impressive medieval castles and some of the holiest places of pilgrimage in the whole of Greece.

Rhodes - Rhodes is the largest island in the dodecanese and is the number one package tour destination of the group. With 300 days of sunshine a year it is the perfect destination of anyone wanting a great tan. Rhodes is a beautiful island with unspoilt villages nestling in the foothills of its mountains.

Kos - Kos is the third largest island of the dodecanese and one of its most fertile and well watered. It is second only to Rhodes in its wealth of archaeological remains and its tourist development, with most of its beautiful beached wall to wall with sun beds and parasols.

Kalymnos - Kalymnos is a mountainous, arid island speckled with fertile valleys. Kalymnos is renowned as the “sponge fishing island” but with the demise of this industry it is now exploiting its tourism potential. You will find an island that is still in touch with its traditions and where the euro goes just that little bit further.

Patmos - Patmos could well be the ideal Greek island destination. It has a beguiling mix of qualities that make it a seductively pleasant holiday destination. It appeals in equal doses to the culturally inclined, the religiously motivated, gastronomes and sun-worshippers, shoppers, yachties, bookaholics and travellers simply seeking to unwind.
