DAY 1:CAIRO
Arrive in Cairo and transfer to your hotel for overnight stay.
DAY 2:CAIRO
Your day tour includes a visit of Memphis,the capital of the Old Kingdom
where you will see the reclining statue of Ramses II.You will then continue
to Sakkara to view the Step Pyramid and the Temple of Zoser.Enjoy lunch
and then continue to Giza Plateau where to see the great Pyramids and the
Sphinx.(B,L)
DAY 3:CAIRO
Today you will visit the Egyptian museum,which houses thousands of
Pharaonic artifacts including those of Tutankamon.Continue to the Islamic
quarter and visit the Citadel,the medieval fortress or Salah El Din &location
of the Alabaster Mosque of Mohamed Ali.After visiting the surrounding
return to your hotel for overnight stay.(B,L,D)
DAY 4:CAIRO -ABU SIMBEL -ASWAN
After a very early breakfast &check out from your hotel you will be
transferred to the airport for your flight to Abu Simbel (via Aswan).Visit the
relocated Temples of Ramses II built in 1200 B.C.and then return to Aswan
by flight.Transfer to the port so you can embark your Nile Cruise.After lunch
sail the Nile on board a traditional felucca and view the Elephantine Island
and the Aga Khan Mausoleum.Overnight on board in Aswan.(B,L,D)
DAY 5:ASWAN -KOM OMBO -EDFU
Today you will tour the High Dam,the Granite Quarries &Philae Temple.Sail
to Kom Ombo while enjoying lunch on board.Visit the Temple of Sobek &
Haroeris in Kom Ombo and then continue to Edfu for overnight.(B,L,D)
DAY 6:EDFU -ESNA -LUXOR Visit the Temple of Horus in Edfu and return to your cruise boat where you
will spend the rest of the day at your own leisure sailing to Luxor.Relax on
the top deck and watch the locals by the banks of the Nile.Overnight stay
on board in Luxor.(B,L,D)
DAY 7:LUXOR
Start your day visiting the West Bank;The Valley of Kings &Queens,The
Temple of Queen Hatshepsut &the Colossi of Memnon.At the afternoon
visit the Temples of Karnak &Luxor.Overnight on board.(B,L,D)
From Day 8 onwards you have the option to complete your Tour visiting either Sharm El Sheikh or Alexandria.
OPTION 1 Sharm El Sheikh
DAY 8:LUXOR -SHARM EL SHEIKH
Disembark after breakfast and transfer to Luxor airport for your flight to
Sharm El Sheikh (via Cairo).Arrive in Sharm and transfer to your hotel for
overnight stay.(B)
DAY 9-11:SHARM EL SHEIKH
Spend three days at leisure in Sharm El Sheikh,Egypt's leading sea resort.
Relax by the sandy beaches of the Red Sea and enjoy the many water sports
available or join one of the optional tours available to St Catherine's
monastery and Mt Sinai.You could also take a full day trip to Ras Mohamed
National Park,experience a camel safari visiting the Bedouins,or enjoy
scuba diving on the coral reefs.(B)
DAY 12:SHARM EL SHEIKH -CAIRO
Transfer from your hotel to Sharm El Sheikh airport for your flight back to
Cairo.Transfer to your hotel for overnight stay.(B)
DAY 13:CAIRO
Day at leisure and your last chance to visit places of great interest in Egypt's
beautiful Capital.Make your last shopping at the famous bazaars or take an
optional tour to Fayoum Oasis and Lake Karun.(B)
DAY 14:CAIRO
After breakfast and check out from your hotel you will be transferred to the
airport for your departure flight.(B)

OPTION 2 Alexandria
DAY 8:LUXOR -CAIRO -ALEXANDRIA
After breakfast and disembarkation from your cruise,transfer to Luxor
Airport for your flight back to Cairo.Upon arrival in Cairo our assistant will
meet you so they can transfer you to Cairo Railway stay for your connecting
A'sitting train to Alexandria.Transfer to your hotel in Alexandria for
overnight stay.(B)
DAY 9-11:ALEXANDRIA
Spend three days in one of the most cosmopolitan cities of the North Africa.
Take an optional tour to visit the Greco-Roman Museum and the
Catacombs,the Montazah Gardens,or the famous New Library.Another
option is to join a tour to El Alamein,famous WWII battle field.(B)
DAY 12:ALEXANDRIA -CAIRO
Transfer to Alexandria Railway station for your A'class sitting train to Cairo.
Transfer to your hotel for overnight stay.(B)
