PAYMENT &CONDITIONS:
All prices in the brochure are in Australian Dollars and valid for payment by cash/cheque. Credit card payments will be accepted but will attract a merchant fee.
RESERVATIONS:
We recommend you contact your travel agent, as they will have access to Allsun Holidays Anzac 2007 brochure. All reservations are subject to availability at time of booking. All prices shown in brochure are per person.
DEPOSITS:
-- A non-refundable/transferable deposit of
AUD$150.00 per person, per package,is
required within 7 days to secure your
booking.
-- A non-refundable/transferable deposit of
AUD$200.00 per person is required for
group flights.
-- If a deposit has not been received within
the 7 day period,the reservation will
automatically be cancelled.
--Final payment/balance is due by 20th February 2007.
CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY:
All cancellation requests must be in writing and are in effect 24 hours after the date they reach our office. In the event cancellation of a booking is requested less than 60 days prior to travel the cancellation fees will be charged according to the following schedule:
60-45 days: $100.00 (plus your deposit)
44-30 days: 20% of total price
29-15 days: 35% of total price
14-08 days: 50% of total price
7 days or non-shows: 100% of the total price
AMENDMENTS:
Due to the intensity of this program we kindly ask you to plan your itinerary carefully as amendments may result to extra charges. First amendment to a confirmed booking is free. Further amendments will attract a $ 40 fee per booking and a $60 fee will be charged once documents have been issued. .
FORCE MAJEURE: Unforseen circumstances such as war, acts of terrorism, flood, earthquake and the like can occur and could prevent the tour or cruise to proceed. Allsun Holidays will not be held responsible and either party should make no claims.
DOCUMENTATION:
All documents will be issued and dispatched
by Allsun Holidays 2 to 4 weeks prior to
departure.
PRICES:
All prices quoted by Allsun Holidays are guaranteed against currency surcharges. Tours and prices have been based on a minimum of 10 passengers per group. Should prices increase from our suppliers or any applicable taxes and a reduction of passengers travelling, Allsun Holidays reserves the right to pass the costs.
SINGLE SUPPLEMENTS:
Single supplements are available for all programs. For those passengers travelling alone we can explore the possibility of matching with another individual of the same sex, without accepting responsibility for any dissatisfaction due to incompatibility of personalities.
CHILDREN DISCOUNTS:

PASSPORTS AND VISAS:
Participants must be in possession of a valid passport and visa where necessary. Please consult your travel agent.
ITINERARY VARIATIONS:
All possible effort will be made to adhere to the published touring itinerary. Occasionally circumstances beyond our control will force changes, amendments or modification to the itinerary and its inclusions. Allsun Holidays cannot be held responsible for any omissions or modifications to the itinerary of the inclusions made as a consequence to the changes.
HOTEL & CRUISES ACCOMMODATION
Should a hotel or cruise ship change due to unforseen circumstances an alternative option of equally high standard will be available at your disposal. Should this occur no refund will apply on any package.
NOT INCLUDED IN TOUR PRICE:
Airfares (unless indicated), airport taxes, passport and visa fees, laundry services, phone calls, beverages, meals not included on itinerary, all gratuities of any kind (which are at your discretion), items of personal nature, excess baggage and baggage handling (where not specified), optional tours and shore excursions.
COMPLAINTS:
We kindly ask you to approach the management of the hotel, cruise or supplier to resolve any inconvenience caused whilst at your destination. If this is not successful please forward your complaint to our offices in writing within 30 days of the completion of your tour.
COMPANY LIABILITY:
Allsun Holidays hereafter called the tour operator and / or their representatives act only as agents for transportation and other companies. The responsibility of the tour operators and / or their representatives is limited. The tour operators and / or their agents will not accept any responsibility in the event of damage, loss, accident, illness, delay or other irregularity due to defects in any vehicle used for transportation or the fault or default of any company or person employed in the organization of the transportation. The tour operators and / or their representatives will not accept any responsibility for extra cost due to delay, changes or any other reason. The tour operators and / or their representatives are not responsible for any consular, political or military complications created voluntarily or involuntarily by the passengers or any other person. The operators cannot be held responsible for any fault or default or negligence related to hotel owners or their employees. The tour operators reserve the right to decline, to accept or retain any person and to change or cancel the tours in necessary for any reason. The airline tickets shall, when issued constitute the sole contract between the passenger and the airline. The airline is not to be held responsible for any act, omission or event, when passengers are not on board its aircraft. Any deposit will represent acceptance of the above-mentioned conditions.
